The fourth DLC is a passcode for unlocking a special Mother Base soldier in The Phantom Pain. It is later revealed to be the Wetland cardboard box. 
This will be released by the Japanese Amazon website. The third DLC is a passcode for unlocking a special cardboard box in The Phantom Pain. The tattoo bears some resemblance to the Militaires Sans Frontières logo, only it is facing forward instead of to the side. The soldier was eventually unveiled to be named "Skull", who as the name implies will have a Skull-based tattoo near their right eye.
This will be exclusively released by the Japanese company GEO. The second DLC is a passcode that will unlock a special soldier for Mother Base in Ground Zeroes. It is later revealed to be a Windurger S333 Combat Special with an olive colored personal ballistic shield. The first DLC is a passcode that will unlock a special weapon for The Phantom Pain when it is released. However, by ordering a retail copy of it from various retailers in Japan, DLC for use in The Phantom Pain is available. There is currently no downloadable content for use within Ground Zeroes.
